In 1997, Victory White Metal Company proudly achieved certification under ISO 9001. This certification, which is an extremely difficult process to attain and retain, is a landmark for us on our road to world class quality. ISO 9001 is a quality standard for sales, production, installation and distribution and is the most stringent of the sets of standards in the ISO 9000 series. These standards are set by the International Standards Organization (ISO) a worldwide organization recognized for its commitment to quality throughout the world.

The ISO demand that a consistent set of quality policies and procedures be established and maintained for the processes and procedures that are followed in our daily operation. In simple terms: "Do what you document and document what you do!"

We believe that quality is everyone's responsibility and each employee has been trained in how to identify a quality problem and initiate corrective action in accordance with the quality system implemented in ISO 9001:2008. This system traces a quality problem to its root cause, tracks its correction then communicates the implementation of that correction to all parties involved to ensure the problem is not repeated. An independent ISO auditor then meticulously reviews and certifies our system on a semi-annual basis to ensure that it is meeting the exacting standards of quality for ISO 9001:2008.
